The Midnight model at Monroe II in Cadence is a 3 story single family home in Henderson, NV. This brand new house is built by Lennar. When construction is completed there will be a total of 75 homes in this community. The subdivision begins at the corner of Cadence Vista and Water Street and extends along Water Street until Warm Springs Road. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and attached 2 car garage. In this particular model the garage is being used as a sales office. When the model is sold a 2 car garage door will be installed. You have a choice of 3 elevations - A, B, and D. The option for elevation C is not available.
