Woodside Homes is building a new community within Cadence named At the Park. The two story floor plans are the Delano, Gardenia, Jasmine, Lilac, Madison, Pelham, and Seton models. The unique single story floor plan is named Jasmine. These large homes feature unique options such as courtyards that open to gardens, huge kitchen islands, and 3 car garages. The community is located across the street from the main park.
Capella is a brand new community in Cadence built by Richmond American Homes. Each of the five floor plans features a ranch style single story layout. Homes range in size from 1,720-2,150 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms available. Standard features include 42 inch upper kitchen cabinetry, 3.5 inch baseboards, and pavers that extend from the driveway to the entry.
The Manhattan model by Woodside Homes features an expansive floorpan that covers 3,151 square feet. A 3 car garage is standard with the option to add either an attached or detached casita. This large house features 5-7 bedrooms, 4.5-5 bathrooms, and 3 distinct elevations. Various lot sizes and configurations are available to help make this the perfect family home.
Toll Brothers is known for their quality luxury homes and the community of Concord in Cadence is no exception. The Edgewood, Hillcrest, Pineridge, and Summerfield models are all single story. A total of 78 home sites are available with lot sizes up to 12,440 square feet. The houses in Concord span 2,210-2,335 square feet with 2.5-3 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages.
Duetto is a community of two story townhomes built by Richmond American Homes. Every townhome comes with a private yard, two car garage, and a tankless water heater. 2 floor plans are available and you can tour the Chicago model. Standard features include granite kitchen countertops, dual sinks in the master bathroom, 2-3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.
Chorus is an active adult community in Cadence and is for residents 55 years and older. Lennar has built all of these single story houses with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car garages. Residence Five and Fourteen are the 2 floor plans you can configure multiple ways. Home automation upgrades are available that utilize Amazon Alexa and allow you to control your home with your voice.
Courtyards is an age restricted (55+) community within Cadence that is built by Lennar. These low maintenance homes are all single story with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Copper, Grayling, and Adonis floor plans cover 1,232-1,422 square feet with 2 car garages. With these houses you gain access to a private recreation center that includes pools, craft rooms, ballrooms, and more.
Encore is a 55+ community with 2 single story floor plans to choose from. Residence One features a guest suite with it’s own single car garage, private entry, kitchenette, and living room. Residence Two features a 4 bay garage large enough for a RV. Lennar has built these homes with 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and between 2,516-2,873 square feet.
Within Cadence is an age qualified (55+) community named Symphony. The 5 floor plans are named Residence Three, Four, Eleven, Twelve, and Thirteen. These single story homes are built by Lennar with 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2 car garages. Residence 4 includes a home within a home that is ideal for in-laws, relatives, and people visiting.
The only 3 story homes with roof top decks in Cadence can be found within Monroe. Park Place is a collection of 3 floor plans in the Henderson community of Cadence. The Barclay, Broadway, and Liberty models are all two stories and have two car garages. The builder, Woodside Homes, offers an impressive optional fireplace within the covered patio. The homes range in size from 2,367-2,696 square feet, 3-5 bedrooms, and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
The prime location of Sonatina in Cadence gives you easy access to the community and all of the features. 4 floor plans are available and you can tour the Lindsay, Lillian, and Lawson models. Built by Richmond American Homes, every home is 2 stories with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms available. Standard features include an appliance package, maple kitchen cabinets, and upstairs master suites.
Toccata is a community of large single story houses designed and built by Richmond American Homes. 3 ranch style floor plans are available and you can tour the Arabelle, Sarah, and Anika models. They range in size from 1,750-2,150 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Every house comes with impressive standard features including ceilings that are 9 feet tall.
Richmond American Homes is building a new community in Cadence named Virtuoso. Every house is two stories and ranges from 1,470-1,840 square feet in size. All of the 3-4 bedrooms are located upstairs leaving an expansive great room and kitchen downstairs. 4 floor plans are available and you can tour the Everette, Evan, and Edward models.
When completed, Cadence will have more than 13,250 homes across 2,200 acres. The neighborhoods are built by Lennar, Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, Toll Brothers, and Story Book Homes. This master planned community has one, two, and three story houses, townhomes, and 55+ age restricted communities. Within Cadence is a massive 50 acre Central Park with a 6 lane lap pool, a climbing wall, several outdoor playgrounds, and shaded areas. There are miles of bike paths and several other outdoor green spaces throughout the community. The 55+ community of Heritage in Cadence has a separate recreation center with 20,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor pools. This active adult community also has billiard tables, exercise classes, and a café.
Homes in Cadence began being built in late 2014 and construction continues today. There are several models of houses available. At this time Toll Brothers does not have a home available for tours, however a design center and consultant are available. Almost every development is one or two story houses. Duetto is the only non age restricted townhome currently available in Cadence. This is likely to change in the future as Cadence is only utilizing a portion of the land the master planned community will eventually cover. The age restricted section of Cadence named Heritage contains all single story houses and townhomes. There are 4 distinct communities and countless floor plans available in Heritage. It is our opinion that Heritage will eventually become a guard gated community.
Currently there is a low inventory of homes available for rent in Cadence. Both single family and age restricted houses, townhomes, and condos rent quickly. Quite often these are brand new homes that have never been lived in. As a tenant of the property you will gain access to the full amenities of the Cadence community. Hundreds of alternatives can be found all across the City of Henderson. The majority of houses for rent in Henderson are single or 2 story homes with 2-3 car garages. Houses with pools, gated communities, and great schools are in the highest demand. Other highly sought after homes in Henderson include single story houses, townhouses, and condos. Every home in this segment is leased through a management company or the owner of the property.
Currently there are no apartments or plans for apartments in Cadence. However there are several apartment complexes within 5-10 miles of this master planned community. Another affordable alternative is renting an apartment or condo slightly to the west of Gibson and I-215. This area is less than 5 minutes away and the units rent quickly. The easy access to the I-215 extends to the 10+ apartment communities in this area. They all have amenities such as access to a pool, spa, and fitness room. Almost all apartments in Henderson are pet friendly and some have breed restrictions for insurance purposes. Typically you will find apartments in Henderson are 2-3 units in height with covered outdoor parking spaces. Leases will almost always be for 1 year with 1 month rent, a security deposit, and pet deposit due before moving in.
Currently there are no VRBO or Airbnb rentals in Cadence. Just as with the homes for rent in this area, we expect to see this segment grow significantly over the next few years. A great alternative are the vacation rental homes available in Lake Las Vegas. A short drive from Cadence, this master planned community has a wide selection of condos available. Depending on the time of year, rates can be as low as $45 per night. Most units will have a partial kitchenette with small refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. Almost every vacation rental will also have access to a community pool. Most units will have views of either the lake, golf courses, or mountains. If you golf or enjoy outdoor activities these vacation rentals make a cost effective alternative to staying in a traditional hotel.
